This is great news for conveyancers as it means there is no longer the need to upload or draw out complicated boundary plans, when ordering searches.

Provided the property is freehold*, within England and Wales and registered with Land Registry, Searchmove’s FREE to use boundary verification tool will automatically display the boundary mapped out on the plan, ready for your approval.

*Land Registry expects all leasehold boundary polygon datasets to be available in the near future.
